I came to cinematography sideways — and I think that's why I care so much about the people in front of the lens.
I picked up a camera seriously in 2020 and taught myself the craft the long way: YouTube, a lot of test footage, and late nights grading in DaVinci Resolve. By 2022 I'd left a career in HR to shoot full-time.
Since then I've lit country clubs and coastal resorts, running-shoe spots, foster-care stories and church testimonies. Different budgets, different crews, same question every time: what does this frame need to make someone feel something?
That HR background still shows up on set. I'm calm under pressure, I listen, and I take care of the people I work with — talent, crew and client. Directors hire me for the images; they hire me back because the day runs well.
I'm based in Savannah, Georgia, a short drive from Hilton Head and Charleston, with my own lighting package, and I travel for the right project.

ARRI SkyPanels and M18 HMIs available with me, so smaller crews can still shoot big.

On-set LUTs and final grading in DaVinci Resolve Studio when you want one eye from capture to delivery.
